Things are looking great for both Halestorm and New Medicine this week according to Mediabase: New Meds’ latest single, “Race You To The Bottom,” has reclaimed the #24 spot, now sitting above the new one from VAN FREAKIN’ HALEN! It’s technically down in spins, though, so keep calling and asking for it to get that count up! Halestorm’s “Love Bites (So Do I)” continues to climb, currently at #19 — which is a BIG BIG DEAL in the eyes of radio stations. The difference between being in the top 20 and almost being in the top 20 is the difference between “heavy rotation” and “played once in a while after midnight” for a lot of them. It’s also seen a greater increase in spins since last week than almost any other song currently on the charts with 146 more than last week!
